After initially being engaged to do a light brand personality refresh, I led a total TOV update and ongoing retainer to work across Bras N Things’ EDMs, social and homepage copy, as well as other internal and customer-facing content including seasonal campaigns, in-store signage, training manuals and merchandise.
A highlight was the launch of the Bras N Things x Celeste Barber campaign. As content lead, I wrote the launch EDMs, homepage copy, social captions, and blog post. It resulted in a sell out launch and contributed to 17,000 new followers across Bras N Things social channels.
