As Campaign Content Lead, I created and oversaw the microsite and accompanying EDMs for one of the biggest campaigns of the year: Change Of Preference. This included writing our biggest EDM of the year (sent out on results day) which outperformed the previous year’s within 10 minutes and with over three times higher CTR. It achieved a 60% open rate and 20% click through rate - for comparison the second highest was about 8%.

I also created the Open Day programme, taking a high volume of complex and traditionally “dry” information and detail and turning it into exciting and engaging bitesize copy that could be repackaged across digital and social. Highlights included sharing the stories of local university “Heroes” prospective students could expect to meet on their journey on campus.

Also worked across: Website, EDM and Editorial Copy & Editing, Publication Copy & Editing, Print Collateral (Flyers, Brochures, Posters, Event Signage etc), Video, Radio & TVC scripts, Internal Communication Copy.
